After 45+ years of practicing law, Frank Beltran no longer maintains a full-time active law practice. However, he is available for his expertise in limited matters or consults with your law firm or directly with you. During his years practicing law, Frank Beltran and the Beltran Firm provided legal services to local, regional and national clients and attorneys. Major areas of practice include legal malpractice and negligence, fiduciary litigation, bar matters, expert witness testimony, taint reviews and attorney consultations including disqualifications, conflicts of interest and third-party monitor/auditor services for multi-district litigation and class action settlements. In 2023, Best Lawyers in America again named the firm “Best Law Firm” in Atlanta for Legal Malpractice Law.
Frank Beltran has held Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating of AV since 1982 and has been listed in their Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1994. From 1995 to present, Frank has been listed among Best Lawyers in America (Legal Malpractice Law – Plaintiffs) and was selected their 2016 “Lawyer of the Year” for Legal Malpractice Law in Atlanta. Frank has also been included on each year’s Georgia Super Lawyers (Professional Liability – Defense) list since its initial publication in 2004.
